Happy Bees, LLC is a family affair. Once a backyard hobby starting in 2018, “Happy” (the name given to proprietor Jim Lyssy by his grandkids) now operates numerous hives across the Pecos River Valley of Fort Sumner, New Mexico.

 

You’ll find that our New Mexico honey, artisanaly crafted from local poly-floral honey crops, has colors and flavors distinct to the area it calls home. No additives. No processing. Just raw honey that you can feel good about serving your family.
